Bimota SpA, located in Rimini, Italy, produces hand-made distinct sport motorcycles with innovative solutions to motorcycle design, construction and chassis dynamics, most notably  of advanced hybrid-trellis frames, development of hub-center steering and extreme attention to hand-crafted detail.

Mission:

Bimota required a responsive and capable shipping and fulfillment partner in the U.S. to manage their freight forwarding needs, U.S. inventory management, and shipments to their North American dealer network.

Benchworks Goal:

To manage the entire receiving, inventory and shipping process of Bimota motorcycles and to store them safely and appropriately in its 44,000 square foot warehouse.

Benchworks Solutions:

Benchworks receives via air or ship transport Bimota motorcycles shipped from Italy and manages all import logistics including customs clearance and additional transportation details. We inspect the original packaging upon arrival, handle all supplementary packaging needs and manage the shipping and tracking process from receipt through shipment of motorcycles to dealers.
