Benchworks Requires Expanded Space - Takes Down Additional 44,000 SQ FT
Friday, November 16th - 2007CHESTERTOWN, MD--On November 16th Benchworks announced that it will be occupying an additional 44,000 square feet of warehouse space near its existing eCommerce center in Chestertown. The extra space will serve to accommodate a large increase in client demand for product launch support, project management and fulfillment services.
Benchworks has recently assisted FUZE Beverages, LLC, a subsidiary of Coca Cola, in a major national launch of its products and promotional items. In June, Benchworks opened its eCommerce Center in Chestertown with 42,000 square feet. Benchworks now has a total of 86,000 square feet of warehouse and fulfillment space available to support all facets of its multi-faceted business. Benchworks' expansion allows the firm to service its core client base of national pharmaceutical companies, food service providers and other Fortune 500 firms especially regarding new product launches. Recent programs include the creative development, deployment and fulfillment of over 1 million communication touch points to support a new product launch in the pharmaceutical industry.
The added warehouse facility will make it easier for Benchworks to expedite large roll-out shipments for large orders, provide best-of-breed warehousing for inventory, and ensure efficient and rapid turnaround on orders for company online stores.
