Honest Tea Turns to Benchworks for Fulfillment and Online Ordering System

Recently, Honest Tea, a new client, decided to engage Benchworks to provide fulfillment, inventory management, and ordering processes with seamless integration.
Honest Tea transferred their inventory of over 100 different types of point of sale materials, ranging from large and small clings to rack signs to banners and wearables, to Benchworks’ warehouse facility in Chestertown, MD. While inventory was being organized in the 44,000 square foot warehouse, the creative and technology departments of the company got together to create an online ordering tool and inventory management system that would serve the needs of Honest Tea’s marketing and sales teams.
With 50 people from both Honest Tea and Benchworks needing to be able to access to the tool and manage ordering, shipping, fulfillment, and budgets it was critical that Benchworks develop a tool with various layers of data entry that could then produce complete reports for the Honest Tea managers.
The resulting Honest Tea POS Online Ordering System is an inventory management program in which Honest Tea products will be ordered, shipped, and fulfilled all in real time by Benchworks, who also ensures the client receives an order confirmation and shipping notices for each order placed. Fulfillment services were already being handled by Benchworks prior to the launch of the new ordering system and once live, online orders were processed immediately with 10 orders shipped in the first few days of launch.
