Chestertown, MD—Benchworks is proud to announce we have been providing marketing and fulfillment services for Strayer University for five years. Thad Bench, Sr., President and CEO of Benchworks, said, “Strayer University is one of our most valuable customers and we are pleased to continue our relationship with them. We are looking forward to many more years of service with Strayer as they expand their market position.”
In 2005, Benchworks designed and deployed Strayer’s online gift shop and started providing fulfillment services for them. Today, Benchworks continues to manage Strayer’s online store and also manages their internal orders for individual campus communication materials for over 80 campuses, including international campuses. Over 54,000 Strayer faculty, students, and alumni can order branded apparel and other Strayer branded products from the Strayer website via the online gift shop. Benchworks produces the branded merchandise, manages the inventory, fulfills each order and updates the store with new items. Benchworks currently sources over 50 items for the gift shop including apparel, backpacks, computer bags, flash drives, umbrellas, and decals, to name a few.
Working closely with representatives from individual campuses, Benchworks stores, ships and manages Strayer’s campus-specific communication materials and other campus “give-aways” including rack brochures, view books, catalogs, applications, pens, pennants, gift bags, and other branded items. Benchworks manages the inventory and processes the orders through an online website designed specifically for internal campus orders.
