Benchworks Designs and Fulfills Back-to-School Kits for Fifth Year
Monday, June 6th - 2011CHESTERTOWN, MD—For the fifth year in a row, Benchworks has been selected as the source for creating specialized back-to-school kits for both physicians’ offices and patients for a leading pharmaceutical company that is a provider of ADHD medicines for children. The goal of the back-to-school kits is to provide sales representatives of the medicine with packaged information they can present to doctors writing prescriptions. Physicians can give the customized binders to their patients providing information relevant for both parents and children.
The Benchworks team was responsible for creating and distributing totes, binders and all included collateral. The back-to-school kits are a representation of Benchworks’ full suite of services from creative design to fulfillment and complete project management. This year, Benchworks designed, fulfilled and distributed 62,500 binders from its offices and product launch center in Chestertown, Md. With an additional 35 temporary local employees, Benchworks completed 22,000 binders in a day and a half and was able to complete the rest of the project on time and under budget.
Each year the back-to-school kits utilize a new binder which is representative of Benchworks’ resources and creative solutions. The completed binder combines functionality for parents and children and has a multi-use design intended first to share information about the ADHA medicine through various brochures and then to serve as a school binder for the child complete with a Benchworks’ designed homework planner and pencil box. “We look forward to this project every year,” said Melissa Johnston, Sr. Vice President with Benchworks.
