Bill MacIntosh: Consulting Specialty, Process and Logistics
Bill MacIntosh is Chief Operating Officer of Benchworks. With more than 35 years experience overseas and in the U.S. in international and domestic corporate finance, marketing and operations at such global corporations as Nestlé, S. A., PepsiCo International and PHH Corporation, Bill brings executive as well as hands-on operational experience to the consulting equation. Bill’s extensive and exacting research, corporate knowledge base and creative energies for marketing and logistics provide the combination of skills necessary for successful product launches, market rationalization and executive-level brainstorming.

Dennis Markle: Consulting Specialty, Marketing Operations
Dennis Markle has over 30 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry as a highly focused executive with expertise in manufacturing, animal colony operations, sales material distribution, marketing collateral approval and production, global fleet management, global meeting planning management, facility/conference center/guest house management, and multimedia production. In his career at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (Pfizer) he served as Director of Marketing Services, Senior Director of Marketing and Sales Services, and finally as Executive Director of Commercial Support. His areas of expertise span intra-company consulting, financial management, budgeting, department strategy development/implementation, and process reengineering. Dennis brings to Benchworks Consulting strengths in staff development, continuity/disaster planning, supplier management, operational efficiencies, policy development and implementation, and vendor negotiation.

Bill Morton: Consulting Specialty, Business Development, Operations
Bill Morton is a Partner of Benchworks and has over 30 years experience in various corporate management positions, inclusive of being Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Operating Officer. Two prior positions were heavily focused within the healthcare industry. During his career, he has been involved with business development, corporate governance, product development, operational issues, strategic planning, manufacturing, distribution, and customer service. Employee training and team building has been applied over a wide variety of enterprises. Operationally, Bill has spent many years working to nurture (often within conflicting corporate cultures) employee driven commitment for increasing productivity at lower cost. In addition to positions held within the healthcare field (Memry Corporation and Corporate Health Examiners), Bill’s directorships have included: Acorn Structures, Inc., Aircraft Sales Corporation, Alcort Sailboats, Inc., American Business Assistance, Inc., Aquasport, Inc., Coastal Aviation, Inc., Corporate Health Examiners, Deck House, Inc., ExcelAire Service Inc., EZPetshop.com, Inc. Mike Sinapi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience leading Marketing, Sales, and related Operations through exceptional growth, merger, and consolidation phases, maintaining healthy P&L and budget management throughout. He provided clear insight and successfully led organizational reengineering initiatives to produce faster, better, more efficient, and effective results. He retired as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales Operations for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (Pfizer) and held previous roles as Marketing Group Product Director, Assistant Vice President of Sales, Product Manager, Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, and Hospital Sales Manager. Mike has also served for eight years on the editorial advisory board for Medical Marketing and Media.
